The A.P.U. Residence Facility, a design/build project, was designed incorporating
input from the University staff and students, and constructed in the middle of an
active and fully operational college campus.
The Azusa Pacific facility surrounds a multi-purpose courtyard and was designed
for a 'high abuse' environment. It also features a state of the art energy conservation
technology and is fully integrated into a campus-wide utility infrastructure.
