Edward P. Roski incorporated Commerce in 1968, and is currently the Chief
Executive Officer. He is owner of Majestic Realty Co., the Silverton Hotel
& Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada and co-owner of the Los Angeles Kings, the Los
Angeles Lakers and the STAPLES Center. Mr. Roski also takes an active role
in cultural activities while serving on numerous boards such as the Board of Trustees
of the Natural History Museum, Board of Trustees of the National Geographic Society,
and Board of Trustees of the California Science Center. He also serves as
the Charirman of the the Board of Trustees at the University of Southern California.
Ed Roski graduated from the University of Southern California and also served in
the U.S. Marine Corps.

Jakob Ackermann Chairman of the Board of Directors, came to Commerce
in 1969 after seven years with one of Southern California’s top 20 Design
and Construct firms. He has successfully managed the affairs of Commerce since
1972. His experience includes the preparation of construction budget estimates for
projects ranging in cost from $50,000.00 to $100,000,000. Project types have
included low to high-rise office buildings, business parks, manufacturing plants,
industrial centers, commercial centers, and tenant improvements in California and
seven other states. Jakob’s business education from Germany is supplemented
by a degree in architectural drafting from Los Angeles Trade Technical College.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Majestic Realty Co., and is licensed
as a General Contractor in the states of California and Nevada.

John R. Burroughs as President of Commerce Construction Co., L.P., is responsible
for all operations, and focuses on construction activities managed out of Commerce’s
Los Angeles area office. Projects have included Industrial, Retail, Commercial,
and Tenant Improvements, including projects such as the 3.3 million square foot
California Commerce Center IV industrial development in Ontario, CA, the 2.5 million
square foot Majestic Spectrum South industrial development in Chino, CA and the
500,000 square foot Citrus Plaza retail development in Redlands, CA. John
holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University
and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Majestic Realty Co., and is licensed
as a General Contractor in the states of California and Nevada.

John Perkins as Executive Vice President of Commerce, is responsible for
due diligence, design and construction activities outside of California. John
came to Commerce in 1988 after seventeen years with several of the top construction
firms in the western United States. Project types have ranged from small industrial
buildings and tenant improvements to master planned projects including large industrial
buildings, high rise office buildings, hotels and parking structures. John
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of California,
Los Angeles. He is licensed as a General Contractor in the states of Arizona,
California and Colorado, and holds specialty licenses for concrete and general engineering.
