Majestic Airport Center - CCC IV - Ontario, CA
With 3.2 million sq. ft. of space built and leased in under
three years, Majestic Airport Center-(CCC IV) is now the fastest-growing project
ever developed within the Majestic portfolio.
This comes as no surprise when you consider the Inland Empire's
tremendous growth in recent years. Tenants have come to CCC IV to take advantage
of the strong economy and the development's extraordinary location within one
mile of Interstates 10, 15 and 60, as well as the main entrance to the Ontario
International Airport.
In recent weeks, retailing giant TARGET helped bring the
largest lease transaction ever recorded in the Inland Empire to the Majestic
Airport Center with its lease of 725,000-sq. ft. and 500,000-sq. ft. in two
buildings totaling 1,225,000-sq. ft.
The first Target store opened its doors in 1962, and has
been serving its customers products from housewares, toys, small appliances,
clothing, jewelry, luggage, pet supplies, fitness accessories, etc. Target's
goal is to give its shoppers the best products at the best value and CCC IV
is extremely excited to have them as one of our tenants.
Leasing activity in the park included Otto International,
Inc. who recently signed a lease for 135,000-sq. ft. Kaman Music Corporation
leased 115,000-sq. ft., joining International Paper Company, which just signed
a lease for 645,000-sq. ft. International Paper produces printing and writing
papers, pulp, tissue, paperboard and packaging and wood products.
