Majestic Commercenter - Aurora, CO

In just a few years, the Majestic Commercenter team has built and leased 1.1 million sq. ft. of its proposed 14 million sq. ft. development in Aurora, Colorado. The property, whose tenants include world-class companies such as L'Oreal Worldwide, US Postal Service Contractor DDD Company, The Hibbert Group and many more, has continued to strike a favorable chord with its close proximity to Denver International Airport, major highway access and rail service.

In August 2000, Majestic Commercenter welcomed new tenants, USCO Distribution Services Inc. and Denver-based Quantum Logistics, Inc., occupying a combined 335,000-sq. ft.

Quantum Logistics, a leader in freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution services, cited Majestic's local decision making ability and responsiveness as a driving force in its decision. USCO Distribution Services, will operate a third-party regional stocking and distribution center, totaling 125,000-sq. ft.

Majestic Commercenter has recently broken ground on a 150,000 and 200,000-sq. ft. building, with completion scheduled for the 2nd quarter 2001. A 280,000-sq. ft. facility is scheduled for ground breaking in the Spring 2001.

Each building will feature 30-ft. ceiling clearance, ESFR sprinkler systems and trailer parking.

In addition, Majestic Realty Co. Vice President and Commercenter Development Partner Randy Hertel was recently awarded the "Business Person of the Year for 1999" from the Aurora Chamber of Commerce for his personal commitment to the economic development of the City of Aurora.

Hertel was honored by Aurora Mayor Paul E. Tauer who said, "the time and talent you dedicate to the community is immeasurable. I am thrilled that the Chamber honors our outstanding businesses and business people with these awards. You are certainly well deserving of this award."

Majestic Commercenter was also recently recognized as the "2000 Project of the Year for Industrial Commercial" for the 280,000-sq. ft. build-to-suit for L'Oreal USA by The Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.

For details about remaining opportunities at Majestic Commercenter, contact Randy Hertel at (303) 371-1400 ext. 101.
