Spectrum Monte Vista Business Park - Chino, CA

A joint venture between Majestic Realty Co. and AMB Property Corporation, one of the largest Industrial Real Estate Investment Trusts in the United States, has enabled Majestic to purchase a 30-acre parcel of land located on Monte Vista Avenue in Chino, California.

The Spectrum Monte Vista Business Park project, totaling 576,700-sq. ft. in three multi-tenant buildings, will allow tenants to lease units and then as they grow, move to larger buildings within The Majestic Spectrum Park which totals approximately 7,000,000-sq. ft.

Majestic Realty Co. will begin construction on a 170,000, 100,000 and 306,700-sq. ft. buildings respectively, in December 2000, with completion scheduled in Summer 2001.

The state-of-the-art buildings will feature 30-ft. ceiling clearance, ESFR sprinkler systems, truck high loading and units divisible to 53,000-sq. ft.

AMB is active in markets across the country, and through its Strategic Alliance Programs, it creates innovative, mutually beneficial alliances with other real estate professionals. Currently, the company owns and operates 940 buildings totaling 87.4 million sq. ft.
