The spa manufacturer will occupy a 350,000-sq. ft. building in The Majestic Spectrum South industrial park, where the company expects to employ more than 1,000 people.

Majestic Spectrum South has one building still available for lease. This 420,000-sq. ft. building is freestanding on 19.36 acres. Prospective tenants can take advantage of an array of attractive amenities, including divisibility, ESFR fire sprinkler systems, dock high loading and ground level ramps, Union Pacific rail service, a large secured trailer storage yard, and an expansive employee parking lot.

At the end of the 4th Quarter of 2000, Spectrum South will break ground on a 435,000-sq. ft. and a 450,000-sq. ft. building. The two separate structures have been designed to operate a single-tenant facility on 40.83 acres.
