The Majestic Spectrum South - Chino, CA
Sundance Spas, the world’s largest manufacturer of acrylic hot
tubs, hot tub accessories and related products, has signed a lease at The Majestic
Spectrum South in southern California’s fast-growing Inland Empire.
The spa manufacturer will occupy a 350,000-sq. ft. building in
The Majestic Spectrum South industrial park, where the company expects to employ
more than 1,000 people.
Majestic Spectrum South has one building still available for
lease. This 420,000-sq. ft. building is freestanding on 19.36 acres. Prospective
tenants can take advantage of an array of attractive amenities, including
divisibility, ESFR fire sprinkler systems, dock high loading and ground level
ramps, Union Pacific rail service, a large secured trailer storage yard, and an
expansive employee parking lot.
At the end of the 4th Quarter of 2000, Spectrum South will
break ground on a 435,000-sq. ft. and a 450,000-sq. ft. building. The two separate
structures have been designed to operate a single-tenant facility on 40.83 acres.
Amenities include ESFR fire sprinkler system, a fully gated and secured yard area,
Union Pacific rail service, and state-of-the-art building systems.
