Sunset Parkway Business Center, Majestic Realty Co.'s newest development in Las Vegas, was established for its exceptional location and ability to provide distribution space for the area’s hotel, casino and convention industries. In addition, the masterplanned business park will offer numerous amenities for a variety of manufacturers and warehouse tenants.

The facilities at Sunset Parkway Business Center feature freeway frontage at the I-15 and 215 freeway interchange, immediate proximity to McCarran International Airport, the Las Vegas Strip and access to the country’s largest convention facilities. In addition, the buildings are divisible to 14,000-sq. ft., include 28-foot interior clearance, ESFR fire sprinkler systems, dock-high and ground level loading and built-to-suit offices.
