Majestic and General Electric's Large Appliance Division
began their relationship in the late 70's with GE occupying 550,000-sq. ft.
in the City of Industry. That space was expanded in the late 80's to 1,000,000-sq.
ft. and this year, GE expanded again to 1,300,000-sq. ft.
"Dealing with a large tenant like General Electric requires

Majestic has provided warehousing for the same division of
GE in Atlanta in the South Fulton Industrial Center, where the company occupies
725,000-sq. ft. to house its Southeast Distribution Center. GE also leases
330,000-sq. ft. in South Fulton Industrial Center for their Power Systems
Division and 300,000-sq. ft. in The Majestic Spectrum in Chino, CA for their
Plastics Division.
