The recently announced joint venture between Majestic Realty Co. and
AMB Property Corporation (NYSE:AMB) has become a reality as this terrific partnership
is developing three multi-tenant buildings in Chino, California.
The Spectrum Monte Vista Business Park, totaling 576,700- sq. ft.,
is scheduled for completion this fall and is a clear demonstration of the companies'
