Sunset Parkway Business Center - Las Vegas, NV
The National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP),
recently honored Vice President, Rod Martin, Majestic Realty's representative in the
Las Vegas market, as its "Principal Member of the Year".
Known for the kind of service and dedication that has helped
Majestic achieve a 98% occupancy rate on more than 1.5 million sq. ft. of existing
property in his region, Martin will serve as president of NAIOP's Southern Nevada
chapter in 2002.
