Walton Green Commerce Center - Atlanta, GA
It has only been four months since the completion of Walton Green
Commerce Center in Atlanta, GA and the project is 100% leased. Calling these results
"tremendous", Majestic Realty immediately announced plans to kick-off two more
buildings in the summer of 2001, totaling 170,000-sq. ft.
One of the new buildings will be a 130,000-sq. ft. front-load
facility, while the other will be a 40,000-sq. ft. rear-load facility. Completion
is expected in January 2002. Walton Green is strategically located in Northwest
Atlanta with immediate access to all major thoroughfares, including I-75.
Prospective tenants will join a growing list of top-flight manufacturers and
businesses that have recently leased space in Walton Green. They include:
Dispoz-O Plastics, a South Carolina-based maker of plastic ware; Classen and
Wietex USA, Inc., both U.S. affiliates of an international laminated flooring
products company.
Amenities at Walton Green Commerce Center include: 24 to
26-ft. ceiling clear height; ESFR fire sprinkler systems, and ample parking.
Additionally, to help reduce energy costs, all interior warehouse walls and
underside of the roof deck are painted white with skylights located in every
bay.
