Bocchi Laboratories Inc. Signs Five-Year Lease
in City of Industry
CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. (December 20, 2002) - Majestic
Realty Co. today announced that Bocchi Laboratories Inc. has leased a
100,000-sq. ft. manufacturing facility at 425 S. Lemon St. The contract
manufacturer of health and beauty items, over-the-counter preparations and
private-label products, signed a five-year deal worth $2.6 million.
The facility will serve as Bocchi's West Coast warehousing
and distribution center, according to company spokesman Jeff Booth.
"At twice the size of our current facility, the new site
will allow for the future growth of our company," Booth said.
Kent Valley and Terry Baker of Majestic Realty represented
the owner-developer in the transaction. Walt Chenoweth of CB Richard Ellis
represented the tenant.
Established in 1988 to provide personal care products to
the salon industry, Bocchi Laboratories has evolved to fill a manufacturing
niche for specialty creams, ointments and soaps. At present, the company
manufactures a wide range of products, including skin care, hair care, health
