Crossroads Business Park - City of Industry, CA

With electronics shoppers filling the aisles each day at the Fry’s Electronics superstore in City of Industry, Crossroads Business Park is becoming a major shopping destination. For retailers looking to take advantage of this premium location, additional retail pads are now available-including space for a fuel center/convenience store directly adjacent to Fry’s.

Located at the intersection of the 60 and 605 freeways, Crossroads Business Park is a 110-acre mixed-use park that includes a 25-acre retail component.
The highly successful Fry’s store is the anchor tenant for phase one of the retail portion, occupying 150,000-sq. ft. on 14 acres. A 12-acre parcel remains adjacent to Fry’s, and Majestic Realty is seeking prospective tenants that will complement the electronics store.

“This is a premium Southern California location for retailers,” said Philip Brown, vice president, Majestic Realty. “It offers unparalleled freeway visibility and well-established traffic from the new Fry’s flagship store.”

The Fry’s store is so popular with local shoppers that it attracted huge crowds during its first few days, with some visitors lining up as early as 5 a.m. to get inside. According to published reports, The store is expected to generate over $100 million in annual sales.

Majestic Realty brokers say the trade area’s strong demographics are helping to fuel the success of the retail component at Crossroads Business Park, which serves a region that already is home to many other businesses, including banking, real estate, high technology and service-oriented companies. Additionally, the average annual household income of the 1.9 million people who live in a 10-mile radius of the development is $60,284.

Crossroads Business Park is located in the heart of Southern California’s San Gabriel Valley at Crossroads Parkway North exit off the 60 Freeway in the City of Industry. Upon completion, the development will include more than 1.5 million sq. ft. of office and retail space.
