Tanasbourne West - Hillsboro, OR
As Tanasbourne West enters its second phase of development, new leasing opportunities are available in this premier power center located in the growing community of Hillsboro, Oregon. Located at Highway 26 and Cornelius Pass Road, the 35-acre site is home to leading retailers, dining establishments and financial institutions, including Fred Meyer Stores Inc., Starbucks, Jack-in-the-Box and West Coast Bank.
New tenants at Tanasbourne West include Taco Bell and Les Schwab Tire Centers. Founded in Oregon in 1952, Les Schwab is one of the largest independent tire dealers in the United States, with more than 300 company stores, 83 member-dealer locations, and plans to open 15-20 new stores per year.
Phase II of Tanasbourne West includes space for hoteliers, retailers, restaurants and service-oriented tenants up to 110,000-sq. ft.
Prospective tenants will serve a booming local community, fueled in large part by computer chip maker Intel. The company, which recently announced plans to build a new 400,000-sq. ft. research and development facility nearby, employs more than 14,000 people within a five-mile radius of Tanasbourne West.
“With its location in the West Portland market, Hillsboro has experienced tremendous growth,” said Phillip Brown of Majestic Realty’s retail division. “This development brings much-needed retail to a dynamic, affluent community.”
